Return Policy – InstaCoffee™

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be approved for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unused or with minimal signs of use, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

How to start the return process?

  2. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Please do not send items back without prior approval. Such shipments will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products, and personal hygiene products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the current item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. You must also have a document proving the purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product and inform you whether the refund is approved. Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the amount in your account.
