Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders quickly. To make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, changes cannot be made, but you can return the order for a full refund after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday, and the process takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped the day after processing is completed.
Note: We do not ship packages on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days.
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds are made using the same payment method within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned product or cancellation request.
